VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Pain Medicine.

• State : WI
• Start Date : Pending Privileges
• End Date : TBD
• Description : 2 weeks on 2 week off, flexible for 4 to 5 days per week, 7a-3p (flexible on time). Office visits, follow-up visits, procedures Procedures include spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections Act 10 is acceptable.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
