model approach to adult women incarcerated in the Hamblen County

JailFacilitate weekly case management sessions and

therapeutic groupsOffer information, referral, advocacy, and coordination

with community agencies and referral sourcesParticipate in weekly treatment team meetingsMonitor medication, provide crisis intervention and

therapeutic support as neededMaintain complete and timely documentation per agency

and CARF standardsEmbrace recovery-oriented values including empowerment,

normalization, rehabilitation, and continuity of careParticipate in direct supervision and work a flexible

schedule based on program needsTypical Work Environment : Services are provided both in the office, Jail to Work group rooms, and in the community.
