Full time – Alternate shifts : 600pm- 300am or 3 : 00pm-1 : 00am
Schedule subject to change based on needs of the client.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team with a focus on industrial ergonomics. This role will contribute to the continuous improvement of the clients Occupational Health programming, provide ergonomic assessment support, and assist in implementing strategies that enhance workplace health, safety, and productivity.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
Assist in the continuous improvement of Occupational Health programming.Support the implementation of new elements within the industrial ergonomics program.Assist with providing support for the Ergonomics program including performing ergonomic assessments, performing posture screenings, and training.Assist in Wellness / Movement programs.Oversight of preventative and proactive approach to ergonomics through activities such as hand therapy and self- myofascial release.Assist in the assessment of ergonomic risk factors and implementation of control strategies.Perform data review and trend analysis.Support EHS Administrative tasks and duties as assigned.Participate in the emergency response teamPerforms other duties as assigned.What We Expect of You :

Basic Qualifications :
18 years of age or olderBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.This is not a remote working position.Preferred Qualifications :
Degree concentrations in Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Occupational Health, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, or Physical TherapyFirst-Aid, CPR and AED training certificationExperience in a GMP manufacturing environmentExperience managing industrial safety programs during new pharmaceutical facility start-upExperience performing ergonomic risk assessmentsExperience managing emergency action plans and emergency response activitiesKnowledge of ergonomic assessment toolsAssist in the interpretation of EHS regulations to ensure compliance with Corporate, Federal, State and local requirementsPerform job hazard analysis and support Industrial hygiene, ergonomic, and other safety assessments as neededConduct and coordinate formal and informal EHS training for staff and contractorsMaintain appropriate records and documentation;Working knowledge of ergonomic principles and practicesStrong written, verbal and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize effectively in a rapidly evolving environmentComputer literate including MS Office Suite
