Inpatient Coding Supervisor

A company is looking for a Coding Project HB Inpatient Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct inpatient coding activities for data retrieval, analysis, and claims processing

Monitor workflows and manage performance indicators to ensure productivity and accuracy

Provide daily staff supervision, scheduling, and training to maintain effective department operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current certification with AAPC or AHIMA

3+ years of supervision experience preferred

Thorough understanding of hospital inpatient coding and related software applications

Knowledge of federal coding requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
