Job descriptionAbility to work independently with strong initiative and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good mechanical aptitude with a focus on accuracy and quality. Proven reliability and strong attendance record. Positive attitude with consistent support for company goals and objectives. Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and encourage others to achieve departmental goals. Willingness to work in various areas of the Repair Shop as needed. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 40 lbs occasionally.
POSITION SUMMARY
Support the quality and efficiency of Distribution Center operations by cleaning, inspecting, and preparing rental instruments for return to stock. Ensure all instruments meet company standards for safety, functionality, and appearance to provide the best possible customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Examine basic mechanisms of instruments and report QC rejects.
- Clean and detail instruments and cases using various detailing tools, cleaning cloths and chemicals based on established production standards.
- Operate RF equipment and input data for processing purposes.
