About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Construction to spearhead the development and delivery of multiple large-scale, Class A luxury multifamily communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all construction phases, from pre-development to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. This executive will also be tasked with managing design coordination, project budgeting, and driving project schedules, as well as building and mentoring high-performing project teams and fostering strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in multifamily construction, with at least 7 years in senior construction management for Class A mid-rise and high-rise development projects. The role requires a proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale multifamily projects, each valued at over $75 million, and a strong background in site development, value engineering, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in modern construction technology and software is essential, as is the ability to be a strategic, hands-on leader with exceptional problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills. The Senior Vice President of Construction will also be expected to partner closely with the company's executive leadership to ensure alignment on strategy and project outcomes.
