A leading financial technology company is looking for a Senior Director of Structured Finance Counsel to join their team. This remote / hybrid position requires a Juris Doctor degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in asset-backed securities transactions. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support for the Capital Markets team, including drafting and negotiating documents and overseeing structured finance transactions.
