Job Description :

Stand Out Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide support for a patient with dementia in New Tazewell, TN. This part-time position involves assistance with transfers, ambulation, toileting, incontinence care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.

Responsibilities :

Assist with transfers and ambulation to ensure patient safety

Provide toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect

Prepare and assist with meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry

Support daily living activities while providing compassionate care to a patient with dementia

Monitor patient condition and report any concerns promptly

Qualifications :

Experience caring for patients with dementia preferred

Skilled in transfers, ambulation, and toileting assistance

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Strong communication and observation skills

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and dignity

Must pass a background check

Reliable transportation preferred
