Job description

Overview

Product Sales Support Rep. at Power Motive Corporation . The PSSR is the key point of contact for customers in the assigned territory and supports key parts and service functions for all PMC product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key "commodity" items for repair and / or replacement : Undercarriage / Tires; Ground Engaging Tools (GET); Filters & Oils
  • Grow Preventative Maintenance (PM) business : Expand existing PM service machine base; Sell cost / hr and / or block services
  • Assist customers with component repair, rebuild and / or replacement decisions : Major components / minor components; Welding fabrication and line-boring

Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or GED, with some college-level business courses
  • Experience : Five years of experience with heavy equipment
  • Experience Defined : Administrative / Clerical – 1+ years; Customer Service – 3+ years; Sales – 3+ years; Technical / Mechanical – 3+ years; Dealership experience in parts or service-related functions – 3+ years
  • Required Skills and Competencies : Data entry; Organizational skills; Telephone skills; Communication skills; Safety knowledge; Math skills; Reading / Writing; Product knowledge; Reasoning; Computer skills (Microsoft Word – Basic; Microsoft Excel – Basic)
