Supervisor in Training

The Supervisor in Training position offers an excellent opportunity for training, advancement, and growth within the Birchwood Foods organization. This specialized 12-month program provides cross-training across various departments, including Quality Assurance, Production, Shipping & Receiving, and Sanitation. Participants will undergo quarterly performance reviews and receive increased compensation based on performance, with the goal of transitioning into a Supervisor role.

• Planning and organizing abilities
• Ability to assume a hands-on leadership role
• Strong math and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
