As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment at a healthcare location. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and respond to situations as they arise. Your role will include monitoring access points and providing exceptional customer service, all while maintaining a professional presence. What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Assist staff, patients, and visitors by providing directions and support as appropriate.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare personnel to address security-related needs or incidents in accordance with site-specific protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
