This individual will work intimately with the Sacramento leadership to grow our healthcare portfolio with our existing and new clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager that will prioritize client relationships and business development while ensuring our project team deliver excellent preconstruction and construction services to those same clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Preconstruction

• Lead new healthcare project pursuits, including strategy development, proposals, and relationship management
• Guide design-build and design-assist project delivery approaches
• Oversee the bid process with a focus on scope clarity, risk mitigation, and subcontractor coverage
• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates, GMP proposals, and internal budgets
• Support development of contracts that manage risk and maximize opportunity

Compensation & Benefits :

In accordance with California's pay transparency requirements, the base salary range for this position is $165,000 $200,000 + annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may also include performance-based bonuses.
