The Anntoine Marketing + Design team is growing! We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves strategy just as much as execution—an individual who thrives in data, optimizations, and ad platforms, but can also write compelling copy that converts.
You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll also analyze performance, report results, and work alongside our creative and strategy teams to ensure every campaign supports our clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook / Instagram (Meta), and LinkedIn.
- Help write and optimize high-converting ad copy tailored to each platform and audience.
- Set up conversion tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Anntoine’s Conversion Tracker.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations to improve ROI.
- Generate performance reports using tools like Agency Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align messaging, creative assets, and landing page experiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Test new campaign types, placements, and targeting strategies to continually drive growth.
- Assist in digital media buy planning and placement beyond paid search and social, including OTT, local media, or programmatic when needed.
