Lead HRIS Analyst- Workday

The Lead HRIS Analyst- Workday is a critical part of Workiva's People & Culture team, shaping the future of our people operations. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role requires deep expertise in Workday functionality, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a proven track record of leading HRIS initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a strategic thinker capable of translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions that drive our high-growth SaaS organization forward.

What You'll Do

Workday Strategy and Roadmap :

• Drive the development and execution of the Workday strategy and roadmap, defining objectives that align with organizational goals and HR priorities. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and system optimization within Workday to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
• Proactively assess new Workday releases and features for their organizational impact and integrate best practices to optimize configuration.

Salary range in the US : $133,000.00 - $214,000.00. A discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package. The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
