Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients on family law matters and represent them in mediations, motions, arbitrations, and trials.

Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and prepare legal briefs and strategies for court proceedings.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings and agreements with precision and timeliness.

Interpret laws and rulings for clients while collaborating with colleagues on complex cases.

Manage multiple cases efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

Active member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years in family law.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to handle complex cases independently while delegating tasks effectively.

Commitment to client service excellence and adherence to firm values.

Technology Proficiency

Familiarity with FamilySoft is required; experience with PracticeMaster, TABS, Worldox is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to troubleshoot standard tech issues.
