Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a Director of Investment Banking. The Director will oversee and execute investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. Responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, creating financial models, performing detailed due diligence, preparing client presentations, and managing client relationships. The role requires strategic decision-making, leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Finance, Investments, and Investment Banking

Proficiency in Financial Modeling and conducting Due Diligence

Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities

Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Proven experience in investment banking transactions and deal structuring
