Join our tight-knit team in Bullhead City, where you can make a real difference. At Exceptional Community Hospital, we empower our nurses to drive change and achieve results efficiently. As our Inpatient Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while working directly with our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). No endless approval chains you'll have the autonomy to implement your ideas and see immediate impact.

You'll oversee day-to-day inpatient operations, manage staffing and inventory, and shape processes that improve patient care. With your expertise and our supportive environment, you'll optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of hospital floor nursing experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
  • Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
