Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Primary Care FNP - Gilbert, AZ (Experienced Providers Only)

Banner Health,a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the nation's premier nonprofit health care networks, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team at our Banner Health Center in Gilbert, AZ. This is a full-time outpatient position focused on providing same-day care and ongoing support to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient primary care role
• Focus on same-day patient appointments
• On-site labs, x-rays, and access to specialty services for coordinated care
• 4/10 schedule option for optimal work/life balance

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of NP experiencein primary, urgent, or immediate care setting (required)
• FNP designation with eligibility for AZ license
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
