Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our early-stage team and help build core parts of our product across both the backend and frontend. You'll work closely with our Co-Founder / CTO and a small group of passionate teammates to deliver secure, scalable systems and intuitive user interfaces for hospitals, patients, and internal users.

This role is a great opportunity if you’re a mid-level engineer looking to take ownership of meaningful projects, grow across the stack, and make a direct impact in the healthcare space.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and maintain full stack features and data pipelines using Laravel / PHP, Vue, Python and AWS
• Collaborate with our data team to integrate Python-based pipelines that process hospital and patient data
• Help design and develop APIs and internal tools that support hospital workflows and nonprofit integrations
• Build user-friendly, responsive interfaces for healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with Product and Operations to understand user needs and translate them into scalable features; you will be an integral part of Product Development Lifecycle and involved in production decisions
• Contribute to architectural discussions and grow your skills in system design, security, and performance
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment workflows to ensure reliability and maintainability
