Program Dates : January 5, 2026 – June 19, 2026. The base pay for this position is $24 per hour. This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4‑day in‑office expectation (Monday – Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H‑1B, H‑1B1, E‑3, O‑1, J‑1, or TN.

The Strategic Finance team owns all forecasting and financial reporting for our growing global business and acts as a strategic partner to each of our business units to ensure we are supporting Wayfair’s growth while also making sound financial decisions for the business. What You’ll Do

• Prepare financial analyses / models to support leadership decision making.
• Support ad‑hoc analytical requests from finance and stakeholder teams.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business, communicate variances over time, and partner with senior leaders to drive improvements.
• Automate dashboards and monthly reporting materials (including historicals & forecast) for leadership meetings through Google DataStudio and Looker.
• Learn and develop in a hands‑on environment where you will be owning / supplying projects and receive frequent feedback and coaching.
