Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med / Surg Tele position requiring Epic experience and a NC or compact RN license.

Responsibilities Work in a hospital staffing pool on a Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Night shift schedule, 7 : 00pm to 7 : 00am, three 12-hour shifts per week

Assignment length is 13 weeks

Patient population includes Med / Surg and telemetry patients

Uses Epic EMR and Epic experience is required

Deliver competent clinical nursing care utilizing the nursing process

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in planning and evaluating patient care

Prioritize care for patients with complex medical conditions

Perform bedside point of care testing as required

Participate in educational programs for ongoing professional development

Promote a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment

Requirements Active NC or compact RN license

Nursing diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of nursing

Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC

Minimum of 2 years Med / Surg Tele experience

Epic EMR experience required
