Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands. Schedule : Monday-Friday : 7 am to 3 : 30 pm (weekend availability when needed)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and escalate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.
