Job Description : We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Home Care Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with referral sources in the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the community

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living facilities

Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and their families

Educate referral sources and clients about our home care services

Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements :

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of home care services and the healthcare landscape is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
