As our Partnerships Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving Employment Hero's UK partner-led growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, you'll lead our UK Partner Account Executive (AE) team and help scale our Bureau and Referral Partner programs to meet ambitious growth targets.
You'll lead from the front combining hands-on sales leadership with strategic execution, and work closely with the Head of Sales, Partner SDR Manager, and broader Sales Leadership Team to deliver on our partner revenue goals and position the UK as a model market for global partner success.
Your key focus areas will be :
- Delivering significant UK revenue through partner-sourced ARR
- Scaling Bureau and Referral Partner programs to meet growth and productivity targets
- Building and leading a high-performing Partner AE team focused on acquisition, enablement, and expansion
- Strengthening and growing strategic partner relationships that drive measurable revenue outcomes
- Aligning with the Sales Leadership Team to execute a cohesive partner-led GTM strategy
- Positioning the UK as a centre of excellence for partner innovation and execution
This will include :
Leading your team to consistently exceed individual and collective sales targetsExecuting a clear sales plan and achieving new ARR goals through partner channelsCoaching, mentoring, and developing Partner AEs to operate at high performanceBuilding scalable partner acquisition, onboarding, and enablement frameworksPartnering with the Partner SDR Manager to optimise pipeline generation and conversionDelivering accurate and transparent sales forecasts and performance insightsCapturing partner feedback and collaborating with Product and Marketing to enhance go-to-market alignmentTo thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. 5+ years' experience in B2B sales within SaaS or tech, ideally in a partner or channel sales capacity3+ years' experience leading and developing high-performing sales teamsProven success scaling referral or bureau partner programs within high-growth environmentsStrong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targetsSkilled collaborator, able to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and partnershipsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsEnergetic, optimistic and results-driven mindsetAt Employment Hero, we don't just talk about a better way to work we live it.
