Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive salary : Our FT team works four days a week, and salaries range from $100,000-$150,000 a year DOE.

Job Requirements :

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

Licensed in the State of Illinois or the ability to obtain a license.

Valid Driver's License.

We are seeking a full-time veterinarian at our Animal Hospital in Lockport, IL as well as our Joliet, IL location. The ideal candidate must be a proactive individual, solution focused, and have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to patient care. This position requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM) and experience working in a veterinary hospital. Candidates with 1+ years of work experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

Provide guidance, and oversight for the hospital's clinical operations and ensure patient quality care.

Provide advice ,mentorship and support to other Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians.

Conduct medical rounds and provide medical oversight to ensure quality care.

Interpret laboratory results, diagnose medical conditions, and develop treatment plans.

Provide medical expertise and advice on complex medical cases.

Manage medical records and ensure that they are up to date and accurate.

Perform medical procedures and surgeries as needed.

Participate in hospital meetings, conferences, and staff training sessions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

Experience working in a veterinary hospital.

Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
