Black & Veatch has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager and Technical Advisor position focused on water and wastewater projects and programs across Texas and the central region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead major projects or programs from planning through construction. Present updates to external client stakeholders and support decision-making. Provide oversight of the program schedule and budget using Black & Veatch's internal processes and manage large inter-discipline teams of internal and subconsultant resources.
• Lead a team that provides technical solutions and differentiation focused on water supply / treatment / distribution, wastewater collection / treatment, biosolids management, recycled water, water quality regulations and utility infrastructure systems.
• Provide recommendations on client's processes, organization, and readiness to embark on major programs and alternative project delivery.
• Support the team's use of risk-based assessments to develop and prioritize capital improvement programs.
• Provide project execution, quality control, and technical leadership to support large water and wastewater projects and programs and to identify innovative solutions to maximize benefits to municipalities and utilities.
• Lead and provide technical expertise to support marketing and business development.
• Support pursuit, proposal, and project interview activities.
• Work closely with Client Directors and the Area Director to develop relationships with clients and decision makers in Texas.
• Help mentor professionals and grow the team by identifying high quality candidates and recruits.
