Commercial Flooring Scheduling Coordinator Riverside, CA $75k-$90k

Responsibilities
- Flooring subcontractor scheduling, coordination and management
- Schedule and monitor all project progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
- Ensure accuracy, monitor and analyze project schedules, tasks, order deliveries, and meeting updates in accordance with standard of best project practice
- Walk jobs, understand job nuances, and measure for materials
- Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project managers to manage their projects
- Manage project risk / delays to ensure minimal impact on project schedules, scope, and budget
- Ensure projects are adequately staffed, and subcontractors have access to sites, tools, and materials
- Organize warehouse, and manage all inventory
- Deliver and pick up materials to and from vendors and job sites
- Loading and unloading of trucks - primarily using a forklift
- Quality control of all shipments received and job site deliveries
- Stage materials per work orders
Requirements
1+ years experience in Commercial Flooring required (some installation experience preferred)HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's, College, or trade school preferredGood driving record - will be driving company work trucks, Class CFork lift experience required - certification preferred (we can help with cert)Team player who can communicate calmly and clearly internally and externallyStrong planning skillsClear and respectful communication with team members across all levelsGood written and verbal communication skills required as you will be the face of the companyAbility to learn quickly, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional client handling and phone etiquetteAbility to read blue prints / plan drawings preferredBilingual - English / Spanish preferredExperience with specific software - Measure Square, and Comp-U-Floor preferredComputer proficiency with MS office and GmailPerks
