Position Overview : Ofinno relies on technical experts to interpret cited art and identify distinctions. Our legal team focuses on crafting persuasive arguments to obtain quality patents on a compact schedule. The Senior Patent Attorney will address all IP needs of the business related to Ofinno’s Advanced Media Lab, including working with inventors to evaluate, draft, file, and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO and foreign counterparts.

Depending on skills and experience, the applicant may be considered for a role as (Senior) Patent Attorney or (Senior) Patent Agent.
