Key Responsibilities

Oversees care management documentation to ensure compliance with regulations

Develops and implements care management policies and procedures

Manages escalated care cases and provides guidance to team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state requirements

Strong behavioral health experience

Must reside in Georgia

Master's degree or Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing

5+ years of related experience
