Senior All-Source Analyst

Location- McDill AFB- Tampa FL

Clearance- TS / SCI

This program requires US Citizenship

Seeking a mission-driven Senior All-Source Analyst to support insider threat detection and mitigation efforts through advanced analysis of User Activity Monitoring (UAM) data. This role requires a seasoned intelligence professional with deep counterintelligence (CI), law enforcement, or security investigation experience, and operational fluency in UAM Systems Software Suite. The analyst will play a critical role in identifying adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), supporting leadership with actionable insights, and enhancing the overall UAM program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and analyze UAM alerts to identify potential insider threats
  • Document and report findings to impacted organizations with clarity and precision
  • Provide trend data and analysis to Task Lead for customer reporting
  • Develop and implement countermeasures to mitigate vulnerabilities against known adversarial TTPs
  • Represent contractor interests in meetings and briefings as required
  • Advise contractor and government leadership on program improvements and threat mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

  • BA / BS degree and 10+ years of IC and / or DoD experience, or 4+ years of relevant military intelligence / system security experience
  • Background in Counterintelligence, law enforcement, or security investigations
  • Military or DoD experience supporting intelligence, special operations, or inter-agency missions
  • Completion of 24 hours of Basic UAM Systems Software Suite training within first year
  • Minimum 100 hours of operational experience using UAM Systems Software Suite
  • Familiarity with Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity Suite technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with national-level CI partners and analytical teams
  • All certifications and training must remain current throughout the duration of the contract

    • Position Details :

  • Pay Rate / Range : $55-$58 / hr

    • The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
