Attorney - Land Use

Base Salary : $180,000 - $200,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Land Use to join our team of renowned Land Use practice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and environmental law, focusing on land use planning and regulatory compliance. This role involves providing legal guidance on property development projects, negotiating agreements, and representing clients in municipal law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on land use and zoning regulations
• Prepare and review legal documents related to property development
• Conduct legal research pertaining to land use issues
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with various stakeholders
• Represent clients in hearings and litigation regarding land use disputes
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for development projects
• Collaborate with municipal authorities and other agencies on land use matters
