About the Role :

As the Software Development Manager, you will lead a team of engineers in building scalable, secure, and innovative software that enhances our digital platforms and Customer experience. You’ll drive architecture decisions, lead AI adoption in development workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, efficient technology solutions that support JSX’s commercial and operational goals.

Your day will be fast-paced and collaborative, balancing strategic leadership with technical execution. You’ll mentor your team, manage multiple development initiatives, and ensure each project aligns with company objectives and technical best practices. Additional responsibilities include :

Pay & Perks :

Compensation is $135,000 to $145,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.

Additional Information :

May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, technical developments, etc).
