A company is looking for a Technical Interview Engineer - Fulltime.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2nd interviews to assess the technical depth of candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs
Participate actively in the recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Senior Software Engineer with expertise in languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Ruby on Rails
At least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on large-scale projects
Experience in hiring engineers for a team
Background in a high-growth dynamic company
