Opportunity : RN - CVOR Job Details : - Rapid Response position with Monday through Friday schedule from 5 : 00 AM to 1 : 30 PM - Work in CV PreOp unit with 1 : 1 patient ratios - Stay late 1-2 times per week as needed - Float within scope of practice and experience - Critical Care experience mandatory, PreOp experience a plus - Required certification : BLS - Work with GE Carescape Monitoring and Fuji ultrasound equipment - Use Cerner documentation system - Perform large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, and skin assessments - Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement - Transport patients to OR and assist with induction / intubation, positioning, and skin prep - Must demonstrate BCMA proficiency and excellent documentation skills - Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-acuity patient environment required - Excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team essential - Strong critical thinking skills mandatory - Uniform provided Facility : This flagship healthcare facility is licensed for 815 beds and serves as the region's referral center featuring the only Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and Level III neonatal intensive care unit.
