Job Title : LICSW Clinical Manager (Contractor)

Location : Southeast Washington, DC

Position Type : Contractor (In-Person)

Compensation : $55 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as a Clinical Manager . This in-person contractor role is based in Southeast Washington, DC , providing oversight, leadership, and clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to social workers, counselors, and case managers.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation meets agency and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct case consultations and facilitate regular clinical team meetings.
  • Oversee treatment planning, client assessments, and service delivery.
  • Support staff in implementing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinical programs and service outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Active DC LICSW (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Supervisory experience in a behavioral health or social services setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.

    • Schedule & Compensation

  • In-person position based in Southeast Washington, DC.
  • Flexible schedule (daytime hours preferred).
  • $55 / hour (contractor position; no benefits).
