Senior CommUnity Care of Colorado PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.

Pay : $36.00 - $43.50 per hour, based on previous work experience.

Schedule : Friday 8am - 5pm and participation in on-call rotation (evenings and weekends); occasional weekends

Benefits with minimal to no cost to employees :

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides general and skilled nursing care to participants, executes interventions in accordance with the plan of care, implements primary care orders, evaluates participant complaints in person and / or by telephone, develops appropriate plan of care, provides participant, caregiver and family education and communicates participant's condition to primary caregivers, physician and care team.
