Description :

The Home Health RN will be responsible for visiting patients in their homes.

The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1 : 1.

The nurse may visit up to 6 patients per day, adhering to productivity standards.

Travelers will need their own transportation.

Occasional travel may be required, with a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles.

The facility requires primary series COVID vaccination, plus one booster.

Focus on patient care includes wound care, medication management, and assessments.

Documentation will be conducted using Epic and Oasis systems.

Business casual attire is expected.

Scrubs are allowed but not required.

This position does not accommodate a 4x10 or 3x12 schedule.

Weekend work is not required.

Travelers must confirm their time-off requests.

References are required, with a minimum of two supervisory references covering one year of experience within a comparable specialty / setting.

All travelers are expected to float between similar facilities within the state.
