Robert Half is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in downtown Chicago in the Loop to identify a polished and proactive Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who client facing environment and enjoys being the go to person for office operations and administrative support.
Monday-Friday Onsite
8 : 30am-5 : 30pm
Compensation- $65k-$75k + 10% performance bonus

Reception & Office Coordination
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and breakdown
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies; ensure workspace cleanliness and functionality
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and copying
- Support internal events and meetings as needed
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to multiple team membersManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logisticsPrepare expense reports and maintain electronic filing systemsHandle sensitive information with discretionCollaborate with peers across locations and assist with special projectsA minimum of three (3)+ years in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative capacity.Calendar management and meeting organization experience.Experience organizing and scheduling travel.Strong work ethic, accompanied with high degree of integrity.Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills including phone etiquette.Professional appearance and demeanor including adaptability.Meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Word. Working proficiency with Excel.Understands and exercises sound and accurate judgment.
