Family Medicine Physician - Salisbury, NC 40 minutes from Charlotte; 40 minutes from Winston-Salem We are excited to welcome a compassionate, experienced, board-certified or board-eligible Family Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Salisbury, North Carolina . Practice Details

  • 1 physician
  • 1 advanced practice provider (APP)
  • Experienced support staff : CMAs, nurses, lab technicians, and a referral coordinator
  • Strong community ties with a diverse, multilingual patient population
  • Supportive, team-based environment focused on continuity of care
  • Outpatient-only position with minimal call responsibilities
  • Build long-term relationships with patients across all age groups
  • Collaborate closely with specialists and community resources
  • Enjoy a Monday Friday schedule that promotes work-life balance

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Deliver compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care
  • Work in a team-based model with APPs, pharmacists, RNs, and other clinical staff
  • Support ongoing quality improvement and access initiatives
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Current MD or DO license (or eligibility) in North Carolina
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
  • Current DEA license
