Scout / evaluate suppliers for high-quality, competitive deliverables. Forge supplier relationships; negotiate contracts for max savings. Monitor performance, audit compliance, manage budgets. Uncover cost savings via sourcing / process tweaks. Optimize inventory to balance stock and minimize risks. Ensure legal compliance; mitigate supply disruptions. Vet vendors; support RFIs / RFQs, CapEx buys. Collaborate cross-departmentally; track authorized buyers. Lead / mentor team : set goals, reviews, training; promote improvement. Research markets for trends / intel to inform decisions.

Qualifications : Bachelor's in supply chain / business (Master's / certifications like CPM / CPSM a plus). 5-7+ years in purchasing / supply chain; managerial experience preferred.

Requirements : Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement management or a related field. Strong knowledge of corporate procurement processes, including purchase orders and buying procedures. Proven expertise in contract negotiations and vendor management. Familiarity with procurement functions related to construction projects. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market trends and supplier performance. Ability to lead and develop a high-performing procurement team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Demonstrated ability to work within budgets and achieve cost-saving goals.
