This role requires proven leadership in OEM manufacturing, project execution, and product lifecycle management—driving innovation, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development : Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and performance.
• Engineering Excellence : Improve design, development, and testing workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Product & System Development : Guide the design, prototyping, and testing of equipment aligned with strategic goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with production, QA, supply chain, and sales to ensure project success.
• Manufacturing Techniques Expertise : Use knowledge of metal fabrication to improve design and reduce costs.
• Automation & Controls : Ensure reliable control systems meet performance and industry standards.
• Project Management : Lead multiple projects, balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Performance Management : Set and track KPIs aligned with strategic objectives; coach team members regularly.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain clear records of processes and solutions for internal knowledge transfer.
