About The Position

Description :

The primary position is in Pediatrics.

The nurse will be responsible for administering care to pediatric patients.

Experience with oncology patients is a plus.

The nurse will manage various pediatric conditions and support families.

Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and families.

The unit has a daily census of approximately 28 patients.

Patient ratios are 4 to 1 during day and night shifts.

The facility offers interdisciplinary support from various teams such as physical therapy and pharmacy.

The nurse will assess and document patient conditions and respond to emergencies as necessary.

Experience in pediatric settings is essential for this role.

The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
