Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of ceiling fans, integrating motor technologies and smart home connectivity

Conduct performance analyses to ensure product compliance with industry standards

Create detailed CAD models and oversee prototype testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in consumer product development, with a focus on ceiling fans or similar systems

Expertise in motor technologies and control methods

Advanced skills in 3D CAD software and BOM management

Knowledge of safety and efficiency standards related to product design
