Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for November 13, 14, 18, 24, & 25 and December 2, 16, 19, & 22 at their Corporate Health center in Gentry, AR. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 6 : 30am-3 : 30pm with a 60-minute lunch break and Friday 6 : 30am-12 : 30pm. Volume is 15-20 patients per shift. Provider must be Board Certified with 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification is preferred but not required; dress code is scrubs or business casual with lab coat.
