Position Overview
As a PPC & SEO Specialist, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns while advancing search engine optimization initiatives to foster organic growth. We seek someone with solid analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a keen understanding of search engine best practices. Previous experience in the automotive, tire, or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search (PPC)
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Optimize campaigns focusing on conversions, ROAS, quality score, and cost-per-click efficiency.
- Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with our brand and product offerings.
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, performance trends, and prepare reports.
- Execute A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to highlight key tire lines or seasonal promotions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Engage in continuous keyword research to unveil opportunities for organic growth.Optimize website content, metadata, internal links, and landing pages effectively.Support the creation of valuable content, including product guides and tire education articles.Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement fixes.Monitor domain authority, backlink profile, indexing issues, and overall site health.Analyze rankings, search visibility, traffic patterns, and keyword performance.Ensure all SEO initiatives bolster brand awareness and meet lead-generation goals.Analytics & Reporting
Create dashboards and performance reports utilizing Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools.Analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and ROI trends.Deliver monthly insights and recommendations to leadership.Continuously refine digital strategies based on data and evolving industry trends.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.2-3+ years of practical experience in PPC and SEO management.Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.Experience in e-commerce or the automotive / tire industry is a plus.Excellent copywriting and communication skills.A highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.Job Type : Full-time
