Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing a variety of in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and respite care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Homemaking: Provide light housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linens, and meal preparation.
• Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction, such as engaging in conversation, playing games, and assisting with hobbies.
• Respite Care: Provide a combination of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to give primary caregivers a much-needed break.
• Observe and report: Monitor clients' condition and report any changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the client's home is safe and free from hazards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Certification: Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a Level II background check in compliance with Federal and State regulations.

• Health Screening: Free from communicable diseases as verified by a medical professional.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to reach client homes promptly and efficiently.
• Bilingualism: Bilingual skills are a plus (please specify languages).
• Compassion and Empathy: A genuine passion for caring for others with compassion, empathy, and respect.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility needs.
