Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care on the 2nd or 3rd shift . You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive holistic, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
  • Assist physicians during assessments and procedures
  • Provide education and compassionate support to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records
  • Uphold all nursing standards and facility protocols

    • Qualifications :

  • Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology / procedures
