Occupational Therapist – White Earth Health Center
Location : Ogema, MN 56569
Contract Term : Base Year 12 / 01 / 2025–11 / 30 / 2026, with four 1-year option periods
Position Summary
White Earth Health Center seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide full-time rehabilitation and patient care services. The position delivers culturally sensitive, high-quality care for patients of all ages, from infants to elderly.
Duties
Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living and functional independence.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.Document all care and progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.Maintain a daily caseload of about ten patients in an eight-hour shift.Qualifications
U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in any U.S. state.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Able to pass a federal background check.Experience with Native American populations preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preference Factors
Previous credentialing at White Earth Health Center.Broad experience across all age groups.Cultural sensitivity toward Native American communities.Additional Information

Qualifications
