Financial Center Manager

Responsibilities include developing talent, managing client traffic, managing business results through formalized management routines, creating a world-class client experience environment, managing market-level initiatives, driving operational excellence, and managing organizational priorities and effective execution.
Managerial responsibilities may include being an opportunity and inclusion champion, a manager of process and data, an enterprise advocate and communicator, a risk manager, a people manager and coach, a financial steward, an enterprise talent leader, and a driver of business outcomes.
Required qualifications include one or more years of leadership experience, enthusiasm, strong work ethic, effective collaboration, passion, commitment, drive, confidence, ability to learn and adapt, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, time management, complexity management, and the ability to work weekends and / or extended hours.
Desired qualifications include one or more years of management experience, experience in financial services, experience working in an environment with individual and team goals, and bilingual skills.
Skills include coaching, customer service management, customer and client focus, performance management, talent development, business operations management, recruiting, result orientation, risk management, sales performance management, inclusive leadership, leadership development, prioritization, problem solving, and referral management.
Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma, GED, secondary school, or equivalent.
