Training Consultant

A company is looking for a Training Consultant to design and maintain training programs for the Claims organization.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to define training initiatives

Develop training plans and materials to ensure timely and effective training delivery

Assess training program effectiveness and provide ongoing support to claims professionals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training delivery and instructional design

Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs

Experience in monitoring and adjusting training programs based on feedback and changes

Experience managing large, complex projects with shared resources
